By installing or using Email Data Extractor, you agree to these terms from Mailniq. You are responsible for ensuring that you have authority to access and process the Gmail and Google Sheets data used with the Add-on.

Service

Email Data Extractor imports selected information from Gmail messages matching your query into the Google Sheet tab you select. The Add-on uses read-only Gmail access and does not send, edit, or delete messages.

Plans and billing

The Free plan currently allows up to 500 imported messages per user per calendar month, with up to 200 messages in a scan. Pro access, prices, billing periods, refunds, cancellations, and expiry details are presented before purchase. Promotional limits may change with notice.

Your responsibilities

Extraction uses queries and heuristic detection and may make mistakes. Review imported data before relying on it for contracts, invoices, payments, compliance, or other important decisions.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided as permitted by applicable law, without warranties except where they cannot be disclaimed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailniq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
