Email Data Extractor is designed to work inside Google Sheets after installation from Google Workspace Marketplace.

Need help?

Email support@mailniq.com with your Google account email, the sheet tab name, the Gmail query you used, and a screenshot of any error. Please do not send sensitive email content or passwords.

Where does my data go?

Selected data is written to the Google Sheet tab you choose. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Why is an email not imported?

Confirm it appears in Gmail for the exact query, then check your selected sheet tab and chosen columns. Existing Message IDs are skipped to prevent duplicate imports.

How do I cancel a scan?

Open the add-on sidebar and select Cancel. The current batch will finish safely, then the scan stops.
