Set up Email Data Extractor

1. Install Email Data Extractor from Google Workspace Marketplace.
2. Open any Google Sheet, then open the add-on from the Extensions menu or the right-side panel.
3. Select the sheet tab where you want imported rows to appear.
4. Enter an optional Gmail query. Leave it empty to search all accessible mail, or use Gmail operators such as from:, label:, and has:attachment.
5. Choose the fields you want to import. Pro users can select advanced fields such as email body, URLs, attachment metadata, and detected invoice details.
6. Start a scan and keep the sidebar open to monitor progress. The Add-on avoids duplicate messages and can continue large scans safely.

Important

The Add-on only writes to the tab you select. Choose a blank or matching extraction tab when changing column layouts; unrelated existing data is not overwritten.
